Warranty
This Warranty Policy applies to eligible Pyle products purchased through pyle.au and delivered within Australia.
Pyle products are designed to meet high standards of quality and reliability. In addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, Pyle offers a manufacturer’s limited warranty on eligible products purchased in Australia.
This Warranty Policy should be read together with our Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to reject the product and choose a refund or replacement, or keep the product and receive compensation for any reduction in value, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a minor failure, we may provide a remedy within a reasonable time, such as a repair, replacement, or refund, as required by Australian Consumer Law.
This manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights. It does not replace, limit, or remove those rights.
2. 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Most eligible Pyle products include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase shown on your valid proof of purchase.
Some products may qualify for extended warranty benefits when registered within 30 days of purchase, where this is stated on the relevant product page or product materials. Registration is optional and does not affect your eligibility for the standard manufacturer warranty or your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
3. Warranty Coverage and Product Variations
Warranty coverage, duration, and eligibility may vary depending on the product category or any specific warranty terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Any alternative warranty terms will be clearly stated on the relevant product page or product documentation.
Certain products may have different warranty terms, including but not limited to:
-
Oversized, bulky, or high-value items
-
Large equipment or freight-delivered items
-
Products sold under limited-time promotions
-
Products with specific warranty terms disclosed on the product listing
-
Clearance, refurbished, or open-box products, where clearly disclosed at the time of purchase
This manufacturer warranty is separate from any Returns Policy offered through pyle.au. It is also separate from any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
4. What the Warranty Covers
Subject to this Warranty Policy, the manufacturer’s limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period.
If a covered defect is confirmed, Pyle may provide one of the following remedies, depending on the product, fault, availability, and applicable law:
-
Repair the product
-
Replace the product
-
Provide an equivalent or comparable replacement product
-
Provide another suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
Any remedy offered under this manufacturer’s warranty does not limit any remedy you may be entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Warranty Exclusions
This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover faults, damage, or issues caused by:
-
Normal wear and tear

Misuse, negligence, or accidental damage
